What it is

A HydraFacial uses a device with a gentle suction tip. It cleans and exfoliates your skin, lifts out debris from your pores, then puts moisture back in with hydrating serums.

We offer several versions, from 45 to 90 minutes. The longer ones add steps like a lymphatic treatment, LED light or a booster serum. Your aesthetician will suggest the one that fits your skin.

What it can do for you

It's the facial for skin that needs a reset, and the one many people come back to every month.

  • Congested pores look clearer.
  • Dry or dull skin looks hydrated and brighter.
  • Rough texture feels smoother.
  • Makeup and skincare go on more evenly.

Is it right for me?

Almost everyone can have a HydraFacial, including people with sensitive skin. It's also a good way to try us out before a bigger treatment.

Not recommended if

You have an active rash, sunburn, cold sore or infection on your face, or you've taken isotretinoin recently. Tell us if you're pregnant, have a shellfish or aspirin allergy, or use prescription retinoids, so we can adjust the serums.

Who does your treatment

Performed by our medical aesthetician.

Abby, our medical aesthetician and senior laser technician, looks at your skin first and chooses the version and serums. She'll tell you what she sees and what she'd suggest next.

Before and after your appointment

A few simple guidelines.

The days before

  1. Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids about two days before.
  2. Avoid waxing or other facial hair removal for a few days.
  3. Come with a clean face if you can. We'll remove any makeup.

The 24 hours after

  1. Your skin may look a little pink for an hour or two.
  2. Skip makeup for a few hours if you can.
  3. Avoid heavy exfoliants and retinoids for a day or two.
  4. Wear sunscreen, as you would any day.
  5. Book your next one in about a month.

Questions

The ones we hear most.

Which HydraFacial should I choose?

Tell us what's bothering your skin and how much time you have. Your aesthetician will suggest a version between 45 and 90 minutes.

Do HydraFacial extractions hurt?

HydraFacial extractions use suction, not squeezing. Most people find them comfortable.

Can I have a HydraFacial before an event?

Yes. There's no downtime, so many people book one a day or two before something important.

How often should I get a HydraFacial?

About once a month keeps skin in its best condition. That's why it's part of our membership.

Can I add a booster to my HydraFacial?

Yes. Boosters are targeted serums added during the facial. Your aesthetician will suggest one based on your skin that day.
